She worked closely with me and other executive sponsors to continuously confirm that the design of the organizational structure and individual roles supported the overall strategy of the change. Her deep knowledge of university business processes and the dynamics between the academic and business side of the organization were of particular value in helping to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels. Although this project ended in late 2008, Brenda continues to remain engaged to hear about our successes and ongoing strategic change efforts.
